NEWS ABOUT CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE
SONGWRITER WEBSITE PROJECT KICKS OFF OCTOBER 1st
CABARETSINGS.COM has a "green light" - http://www.cabaretsings.com is a new website, sponsored by CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE, to promote the songs and songwriters of cabaret. Over 50 songwriters have shown interest in this project and now 10 songwriters showed serious interest. Right now the website consists of a very blank opening home page and a link to one songwriter. This was set up to allow songwriters who were interested to sample what the final product would look like. I will be attempting to add one additional songwriter a day at least until the 10 submissions are completed. Official launch date is October 1, 2008.
Listing and a free page on the CABARETSINGS.COM website is FREE to members of CABARET HOTLINE ONLINE through July 5th, 2009 - after which there will be a $10 charge to 2009-2010 SILVER members and no charge to GOLD members and above who maintain their GOLD membership. Non-members can have a page this year for $20 - which includes a SILVER membership. This website should be a great advantage to songwriters who do not have a website or for whom maintaining a website is too expensive.
